ROPRO COMPANY LIMITED WARRANTY ROPRO Company warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase/delivery to the original customer. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the 90-day warranty period, ROPRO Company will repair or replace the defective system or component part, at its option, free of charge, including labor for 30 days and excluding labor after 30 days from purchase/delivery date. To receive warranty service: 1. Notify the ROPRO Company service department of the problem requiring warranty service by calling (254) 796-1970. 2. If the representative is unable to solve the problem by phone, you will be provided with repair authorization information. 3. Defective parts must be returned to ROPRO Company freight prepaid, and insured for loss or damage to:
ROPRO Training Systems 4. Replacement warranty parts will be returned to the consumer freight repaid. This warranty shall not apply if unit has been damaged by negligence, accident, unreasonable use, modification, tampering, or by other cause unrelated to defective materials or workmanship. PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED or warranty is void. IF YOUR ROPRO PRODUCT DEVELOPS A PROBLEM after the 90-day warranty period, you may contact the service department, as above. If the ROPRO representative is unable to solve the problem by phone, you will be advised on the cost to repair or replace the defective part. WARRANTIES LIMITATION: ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY LIMITED TO 90-DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE-DELIVERY AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL ROPRO COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. The provisions of this warranty are valid in the United States only. Some states
do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusions of
consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to
you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which
vary from state to state.
